In 2016, Fabrice Lallemand Tremblay, fueled by his passion for photography and dissatisfaction with the market’s offerings, decided to create his own line of leather and rope camera straps. He exclusively uses vegetable-tanned leather, a traditional method of tanning hides using natural tannins like tree bark and leaves. This process results in leather renowned for its durability, strength, and the unique patina it develops over time. Unlike the majority of leather goods on the market, which are chrome-tanned using chemicals, vegetable tanning is more environmentally friendly and sustainable. Fabrice’s dedication to perfectionism has led him to produce high quality straps that have quickly gained popularity, and has become a trusted name by photographers who value the quality of craftsmanship.
